Thank you for your interest and for supporting the Central Massachusetts Latino Business Expo. We are very excited in anticipation of this year’s event. Thanks to your support, last year the Central MA Business Expo along with Adelante Worcester hosted an exceptional VIP reception at Nuvo Restaurant in Worcester, MA. There were over 100 business owners, stake holders, and supporters in attendance. Among other dignitaries present, the City Mayor was in attendance demonstrating their support.
The Expo was fantastic with more than 50 businesses represented from 20 different markets. The traffic was steady with consumers excited to learn more about the businesses present. In effort to build on our initial success, we must take advantage of the opportunities available. That’s why this year we are introducing jobs to our expo! Yes, Job seekers are welcome to come and meet with companies who are interested in working for your organization!
Participating companies would be asked to have a hiring and/or HR representative available for informal interviews or simply to engage potential applicants. This is an optional benefit available to interested companies. Interviews and the recruiting booths will be in a separate area and in addition to participating company’s booth/table. There is more information available in the enclosed packet.
In effort to further increase the impact, we have modified our floor plan to increase participation and will continue to expand our marketing efforts. More importantly, participating businesses will have an exclusive opportunity to participate in this years’ VIP Reception hosted by Adelante Worcester. Exhibitor Booth Requirements
All booths except the sponsor booth will receive:
- 6' table, 2 chairs, table skirt & table top business listing
- Bring information on your business and items to hand out or give away
- Prizes can be raffled off. Event organizers will help to promote via PA system
- Bring your own company banner
** Please include Certificate of Insurance. The certificate should have general liability with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and workers compensation should be listed with a minimum state statutory limits of $100/$500/$100
