About The Central Mass Latino Business Expo
Thank you for interest and for supporting the Central Massachusetts Latino Business Expo! This important event is operated by LABO* (Latin American Business Organization). Its’ no secret that in American Latino and minority owned businesses are on the rise. The Central Mass Latino Business Expo intents to create a platform for participating businesses to showcase their products and services to a broad consumer audience at the expo and utilizing best practice marketing strategies. This exposure intends to help area businesses improve brand awareness and brand loyalty with the consumer market in Central Mass and beyond while increasing their chances of economic viability.
About The V.I.P. Reception
The idea of our VIP Receptions is to provide all the participating business owners the opportunity to connect and network prior to the day of the expo. We think this really loosens everyone one up for the Expo and creates lots of opportunity to build relationships and create commerce. The event is organized by our esteemed partner Adelante Worcester. Adelante Worcester is a Latino professional networking organization. They do a fantastic job at hosting events and connecting people and businesses. At each event we also have a keynote speaker. This usually is an individual who has demonstrated success at starting and growing their business while supporting their community and celebrating their culture.

Our motivation to Start LABO stems from the resounding success of the 2015 Central Mass Latino Business Expo and the growth and needs of the Latino business community. In 2015 the Central MA Business Expo organizers along with Adelante Worcester hosted an exceptional VIP Reception for all the participating expo business owners. There were well over 100 business owners, stakeholders, and supporters in attendance. This successful event was followed by the 2015 expo which had a total of 55 exhibitor businesses and sponsors! These businesses represented over 20 different markets. Some were small firms others where large with 200+ employees.
This experience along with testimony from expo businesses, our partners and other sources discovered there is a market need for Latino businesses to come together to create opportunities. At this time in many cities in Massachusetts small and midsize Latin American business owners are seeking ways to partner or do business with other Latin American business owners. LABO will serve as the bridge for these businesses while providing a platform for everyone to come together to follow a common mission and vision.
